A conference-ready discovery tool that builds a costed regeneration proposal, live, with the decision-maker in the room.

Purpose

GeoHarvest Discovery turns a first conversation into a working, site-specific regeneration business case. Rather than presenting a static pitch, the tool walks a general manager through a sequential, intelligent conversation, each answer feeding a live financial and agronomic model, so the discussion ends with a costed proposal for land and community.

    Every financial benchmark is sourced and cited, from agricultural statistics and gazetted labour rates to soil and climate databases.

    Capital benchmarks are adjustable in the room; crop establishment costs are deliberately locked to protect model integrity.

  • Transparent commercials.

    Roots & Rows fees are a flat 5% of capital expenditure and 5% of operating expenditure: simple to state, simple to defend.

  • Break-even on demand.

    The Option C solver finds the break-even point within the funding model live, answering the general manager’s hardest question before it is asked.
